Terms and conditions
These terms set out how our online medical consultation service works, including eligibility, pricing, liability and governing law.
1. Site status
This is the DoctorLife New Zealand preview. Information and programme offers may be explored, but bookings, payments and clinical services are not yet open.
2. Planned launch pricing
The planned first assessment is free. Monthly care is NZ$99/month; the five-month care pack is NZ$399 upfront (NZ$79.80/month equivalent); care plus nutrition support is NZ$649 upfront for five months. Consumer prices include GST where applicable. Medicines, pharmacy charges and external tests are additional. No payment is taken in the preview.
3. Choosing a plan
The monthly plan is intended to renew monthly, with cancellation before the next renewal stopping future charges. The five-month packs are one-off payments. Full cancellation and refund terms will be provided before checkout opens; nothing here removes rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
4. Clinical decisions
Information on this site is general. A clinical assessment does not guarantee a prescription. Participating clinicians, their registration and the service operator will be identified before bookings open.
