Information in this preview
This site may process ordinary request information, such as the page requested and technical connection information, through its hosting provider. The local preview does not enable advertising or behavioural analytics. The site does not currently accept clinical form submissions.
Callback requests
When you request a callback, we collect your email, phone number, consent timestamp, selected plan and the page where you made the request. We use these details to respond to your enquiry by phone or email. Requests are processed through Vercel and stored in our dedicated Supabase database. We use a keyed hash of the connection IP address to limit abuse; the callback record does not store the raw IP address. The form does not ask for medical information and does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Contact hello@doctorlife.io to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry details.
Cookies
The preview may use a short-lived location cookie when a hosting provider supplies approximate city information. You can clear cookies through your browser. Booking and account functions are not open.
Before clinical services open
The service operator, privacy contact, information collected, uses, service providers, storage locations, retention periods and access/correction process will be specified in the live service privacy notice. The New Zealand framework includes the Privacy Act 2020 and Health Information Privacy Code 2020.
